Setting foam: stronger hold, longer set time, designed for stretching styles. Curl mousse: lighter hold, immediate styling, designed for wash-and-go. Setting foam is the right choice for type 3-4 styles that need to last 5+ days; curl mousse for shorter-duration daily styling.
Application technique
Soaking-wet hair after leave-in. Shake foam well. Apply 1-2 palmfuls. Scrunch upward into each section. For twist-outs: smooth into each twist section before twisting. Don't disturb until 80%+ dry. Set: 6+ hours or overnight.
