Setting foam rather than gel, for people who find gel too heavy through a full head of braids. It goes on wet, dries light, and does not sit on the hair as a film you can feel.
Where it helps most is on braid-outs and set styles. Foam distributes evenly through a damp section, so the whole braid dries with the same hold rather than crunchy at the root and loose at the ends. Take it down and the wave pattern is even the whole length.
Frizz stays controlled through the day and the hair keeps some moisture, which is what stops a set style looking dry by the afternoon.

Application tips
Dispense per section, not all at once, because foam collapses in the palm within seconds. A golf ball sized handful covers a decent parting.
Squeeze it through the damp section, then plait, twist or roll straight away while everything is still wet. It has to be bone dry before you take it down, which means overnight on thick hair or an hour under a hooded dryer.
Results
The set comes out even from root to tip, which is the thing a gel usually gets wrong on a braid-out. Waves keep their bounce, the hair moves, and there is no film to feel or flake off.
Volume survives, so fine hair does not end up stuck to the head. It holds through the day and takes a light refresh on day two rather than a redo.
