At Zenvy Beauty, we want you to love your curly hair care products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your order if it meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not damaged or tampered with.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or opened products (due to hygiene reasons).
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
1. Request a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@zenvy-beauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Approval: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
3. Ship the Item:
- Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
- If you do not see the refund in your account, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
