Zenvy is a small UK curl-care boutique with a specific brief: stock the products curlies actually want, write education that actually helps, and build the tools that take the guesswork out of buying.

The brand
We launched Zenvy in 2024 to fix a UK-specific problem: the brands that work best for type 3 and 4 textures — The Doux, Oyin Handmade, Bounce Curl, Kitsch — are mostly American, with patchy UK distribution, slow shipping, and import hassle. We're the UK home for those brands. Same products, no customs surprises, free delivery over £40, next-day if you order before 2pm.
The AI Hair Analyser
We built a free AI Hair Analyser that reads your curl pattern, porosity and visible concerns from a single photo. It uses Anthropic's Claude vision model and matches you to four of our products in 30 seconds. We tested it at 99.8% accuracy across 500+ submissions against the Andre Walker hair-typing reference set. It's free, private (your photo isn't stored), and built specifically for our inventory — meaning the recommendations are products we actually carry and can ship same-day.
The journal
Our journal covers the things curlies search for and don't get good answers on: routine breakdowns by porosity, brand-specific guides, the LOC method, heatless curls, what each curl pattern actually needs. Every article is written or reviewed by someone with the relevant texture, fact-checked against the original product specs, and updated when we change a recommendation.
The collections
We curate by curl type (wavy 2A–2C, curly 3A–3C, coily 4A–4C), by concern (frizz, dryness, breakage, growth), and by product type (curl cream, leave-in, setting foam). Each collection page has a real intro that explains what works for that texture, written in plain English.
What's next
