Zenvy is a small, focused team. We don't hire often, but when we do we look for people who care about the curl space, write well, and can ship work without lots of process around them.

How we work

We're remote-first across the UK with occasional London meet-ups. Hours are flexible. Most decisions get made in writing rather than meetings. We use Shopify, Linear, and Slack as our day-to-day stack. We're product-led, not marketing-led — meaning the things we ship and stock matter more than the things we say about them.

What we hire for

When roles are open, they're typically in one of these areas:

  • Content & editorial — writing routines, brand guides, product education. Curly-hair lived experience is a strong plus.
  • Photography & creative — product photography, lifestyle campaigns, model shoots. We work with freelancers per project.
  • Customer care — answering emails and DMs, handling returns, shaping the tone of how we talk to customers.
  • Operations — fulfilment, supplier liaison, inventory.

What we don't hire for (yet)

We're not hiring engineers or full-time marketers right now. Our website is a Shopify store with custom Liquid theming, and our AI tooling sits on Cloudflare Workers — both areas we maintain ourselves with occasional contractor help.
