We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Free Shipping on orders over £25 GBP.
• Orders under £25 GBP are subject to a £4.99 GBP shipping fee.

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after being placed.
• Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as holidays, high order volumes, or unexpected courier delays.

Order Processing & Tracking

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
• If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us for an update.

Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local courier office before reaching out to us.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@zenvy-beauty.com, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
