Application tips
Curl cream works best on hair that is properly wet, so apply straight out of the bath or spray the head down again first.
Take a coin sized amount, warm it between your palms and press it into a section rather than raking, which keeps the curl clumps together. Do the back of the head first while patience is still available, then leave the hair alone while it dries. No scrunching or fiddling.
Results
Separate curls instead of a fuzzy mass, with the pattern reading clearly rather than blurring away at the ends. There is no crunch to break out afterwards, so a child can lie on it at bedtime without the whole thing flattening into a mat.
Frizz stays down for a day or two. Hair feels soft to the hand rather than tacky, and it combs out easily at the next wash.
