Order processing
Orders placed on a working day before 11:00 are picked and dispatched the same day where stock allows. Orders placed after 11:00, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail. Delivery times run from dispatch, not from the moment you place the order. Express orders placed after 11:00, or at a weekend, are dispatched the next working day and delivered the working day after that.
Tracking
Every parcel is sent on a fully tracked service. Your dispatch email carries the tracking number and a link to follow it. Some services ask for a signature, so if you will not be in, add a safe place or an alternative address in the delivery notes at checkout.
If your order has not arrived
Occasionally a parcel is delayed in the network rather than lost. Royal Mail will not open an investigation before 15 working days have passed, so please allow that long from dispatch, then get in touch and we will raise an enquiry. If a UK order has not reached you within 14 days of dispatch and the carrier cannot locate it, you can choose a replacement or a full refund.
Items that are out of stock
If something you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you within 5 working days with the restock date or an alternative, and you can swap the item, wait, or take a refund on that line.
Christmas and bank holidays
Over Christmas and the New Year, dispatch can take up to 7 working days. Carrier networks are also slower at that time of year, so order early where you can.
Where we ship
We ship within the United Kingdom only. A small number of lines are sent direct from the brand and may show different options at checkout; the rates above cover everything we hold and dispatch ourselves.
