Got2b Ultra Glued has a reputation for a reason: it sets hard and it does not move. That makes it a workhorse for laid edges, flat ponytails and slicked-back looks, and it is equally at home holding vertical spikes on shorter cuts.
The hold comes from a stack of polymers, VP/VA copolymer and PVP alongside a vinyl caprolactam copolymer and an acrylates crosspolymer, with denatured alcohol speeding up the dry-down. Triethanolamine and carbomer give it the gel body. Glycerin and panthenol soften the effect on the hair, so a strong hold does not read as brittle.

How to use it
Work on damp or dry hair; damp helps for slicked or spiked looks. Squeeze out a pea-sized to coin-sized amount, rub it between your palms and spread it through the sections you are styling. Sculpt straight away, using fingertips or a fine-tooth brush to lay edges, then let it dry fully.

Application tips
For edges, take a small amount on a soft brush and sweep it into the pattern you want, then tie a satin scarf over the front for a few minutes while it hardens.
For a sleek ponytail, brush back in sections and secure the hair before it dries. Never layer fresh gel over a set that has already gone hard, because that is what makes it flake. Wash it out properly instead of refreshing over the top.
Results
It dries firm and clear, so edges keep their shape for days and a slicked-back style stays flat through wind and damp weather. Nothing goes white and nothing stays tacky once it has set.
On shorter hair, spikes keep their height overnight. Glycerin and panthenol stop the hair feeling brittle underneath a hold this strong, and shampoo takes it all out.
