Application tips
Saturate the hair before anything else, then split it into two or four sections if it is dense. Most of the work happens at the scalp: fingertips in circles, roots only, and let the lather rinse down the shaft.
On relaxed hair one wash is usually enough. On natural hair carrying butters or gel, go round twice. Rinse fully before conditioning.
Results
A creamy shampoo lathers less dramatically than a clear one, and the payoff is hair that comes out clean without that stripped, squeaky feel. Sebum and residue go, moisture stays.
Combing afterwards is easier, the scalp feels comfortable rather than tight, and the lengths are left in a state where conditioner can actually do something.
