A 1.7 oz bottle is a trial size, and that is a fair way to buy a leave-in. You find out whether it agrees with your hair before committing to a full one, and if it does, the small bottle stays useful for travel.
The formula is short and readable. Water, shea butter, olive fruit oil and glycerin. Shea and olive do the softening, glycerin pulls moisture in, and there is enough slip in it to prep a section before you style. It does not weigh curls down, which is the usual failure mode of a shea-based leave-in. Apply to damp hair and leave it. It works on its own for a low-effort day, or under a styling cream when you want more hold.
Waves, curls and coils all get on with it, and it earns its place on wash days, refresh days and while you are putting hair away in a protective style.
