The 16oz bottle is the largest in the Max Moisture line and it earns the size, because a lotion like this gets used on wet, damp and dry hair alike. Coconut oil and olive fruit oil handle the softening and the shine, panthenol keeps the strand flexible, and a hydrolysed vegetable protein reinforces the look of fragile lengths so styles hold up better.

Application tips
Lotion consistency means it pours, so decant into your palm over the sink the first time. Damp hair, worked through in four sections with the fingers, then combed to spread it evenly.
Roller sets, wraps, blow-dries and twist-outs all take it. On dry hair between washes, a smaller amount on the ends alone is plenty. Let it dry down before brushing.
Results
Hold sits at the gentle end. Hair stays where you put it without the shell a gel leaves, and coils keep their spring.
Frizz along the crown settles, the surface picks up light, and there is no sticky drag when you run a hand over it. Sets come out neat, and second-day hair still moves.
