Ceteareth-25 with PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil provide the hold, while glycerin and propylene glycol keep the hairline hydrated instead of brittle. Olive fruit oil, coconut oil and babassu seed oil condition, honey and biotin sit in the mix, and peppermint and rosemary leaf oil finish it.

How to use it
Apply the gel to your edges, then smooth it down with your fingertips or a brush. Work it in until you reach the hold you want, adding a little more where the hair is more stubborn.

Application tips
Edges respond better slightly damp, so mist the hairline first. Take a small amount on a fingertip and press it in at the roots before brushing the shape out, which puts the hold where it does the work.
A scarf tied over the front for ten minutes sets it flat. To take it out, wet the hairline and comb rather than pulling.
Results
The hairline lays smooth and stays that way through the day, with a shine that looks like conditioned hair rather than a wet coating. Baby hairs keep their shape without turning stiff.
