Edges, ponytails and up-dos need a gel that holds all day and stays where you put it. This 2oz pot is the strong end of Mielle's Pomegranate and Honey line, made for type 4 edges that a soft hold gel will not touch.
Honey and aloe soften the formula, with pomegranate, lemon, apple and green tea extracts, hexapeptide-11, hydrolysed wheat protein, and rice bran and lavender flower waxes handling the hold itself.
Smooth it on with your fingertips or a brush and shape as you go, then give it a minute to set before you tie the style down. Use a light hand, because too much in one place will ball up and flake. Two ounces looks small until you use it, since edges take a fingertip at a time. Long lasting on the tightest patterns, and it carries the same scent as the rest of the range.

Application tips
Start with a hairline that is slightly damp, since dry baby hairs snap when brushed. Load a soft bristle brush rather than your fingers if you want the swoop to look clean.
Work one side at a time, shape it, then tie a scarf over the front for fifteen minutes. Add a second thin layer only once the first has dried.
