It nourishes the scalp as well as the hair, which is the thread running through the whole Mango and Tulsi range. Vegan and cruelty free.
Flexible hold means the style moves rather than sets, so it takes twist-outs and wash-and-gos as happily as a slicked back look. Gel is the last layer, so it goes over your leave-in rather than straight onto bare hair. Work it through damp sections and let it dry without touching it if you want the definition to stay clean. Application tips
Soaking wet hair is the right base. Take a walnut sized amount, smooth it over a section with flat palms, then scrunch upwards from the ends.
Once it is bone dry, by air or on a diffuser, scrunch the hard shell out with a drop of oil on your hands. Handling it while damp is what makes frizz.
Results
Definition lasts through the day and the curls still bend when you push them, which a hard setting gel will not do. No white flakes appear at the parting as the hours go on.
Slicked styles stay flat where you put them. Day two hair keeps enough shape that a spritz of water brings it back.
