Application tips
On before the water goes on, not after.
Hold the front at the hairline, stretch the back over the bulk of the hair, and let the elastic settle low at the nape so nothing creeps in behind. Check the back in a mirror the first few times. Afterwards, shake it out, turn it inside out and hang it up rather than folding it away wet.
Results
Hair stays dry through a proper shower, steam included, which is where thinner caps give up.
The extra width means a fresh install or a full set is covered rather than compressed, so nothing comes out with a flat panel across the back. It survives repeat use instead of tearing at the seam after a handful of washes. A deep conditioner gets the warmth it wants underneath.
