Application tips
Damp hair, mid-size sections, one roller at a time. Comb the section straight, keep it at a right angle to the head, and roll down towards the scalp without letting the ends fold back on themselves, since a bent end will not curl properly.
Snap closed and move on. Dry all the way through before you take a single one out, and start unwinding at the nape so the front has longer to set.
Results
The curl has structure but still swings when you move, which is the middle ground between a spiral and a loose bend. Root lift arrives with it.
Separated by hand the set looks fuller and softer; run a brush through and it becomes a wave instead. On second-day hair a light mist and a scrunch usually brings the shape back.
