Application tips
Hard side first, four or five passes through a section, then turn it over and finish soft. That order matters, because soft bristles over unlaid hair achieve nothing except shine in the wrong direction.
Since the head is small, work in narrower strips than you would with a full sized brush and overlap them. Keep it in a bag rather than loose in a locker, so the bristles stay clean.
Results
One brush covers both halves of a session, which is the point of a dual bristle head. Coarse work and finishing, without carrying two tools around.
Compact enough for a locker or a glovebox, so a pattern gets maintained on days the routine would otherwise be skipped. It will not replace a full sized brush at home, and it is not meant to.
