The extra hold jar is built for styles that have to survive a week. This one is for everyday work: smoothing an updo, defining curls on damp hair, laying a few flyaways down before you leave the house. It holds the shape without setting hard, so you can still run a brush through afterwards without the style shattering.
Everything else is the same. It conditions while it holds, adds shine, and it does not flake, go sticky or leave a greasy film. Suitable across all hair types, from loose waves through to coils, and it works as well on relaxed hair as it does on natural. Apply to damp hair for curl definition, or to dry hair with a brush when you are only tidying the hairline.

Application tips
Use it on hair still damp from washing. Emulsify a fingertip's worth, then work through in sections, smoothing with the palm for sleek looks or scrunching upward for definition.
Regular hold gives you a minute or two to reshape before it sets. Finish at the edges with a soft brush. On thick hair, build in thin layers rather than one heavy load.
Results
Styles hold without going rigid, so hair still moves and can be reshaped the following morning.
Curls come out defined and separated, and flyaways stay down. The shine is noticeable and the finish stays soft to the touch rather than sticky. Combing through at night is straightforward, with no crust to work out first.
