On damp, freshly washed hair, start small and work from the ends up towards the roots. Add more only where the curl needs help. It suits type 2c through to 4b textures, though tighter coils may want a heavier cream underneath it.

Application tips
Six bottles is a stock buy, so store the spares somewhere cool and dark and keep one in use.
Wet hair takes it best. Part into four, apply along each section with the fingers rather than the palm, then squeeze upward. It also works as a daily moisturiser on dry hair, a little at a time on the ends. Cover overnight if you want the pattern to hold into the next day.
Results
Curls and waves wake up rather than lying flat, with moisture in them and a shine that looks natural instead of wet. It dries soft, so there is no shell and nothing to crack. The hold is light, which means a windy day will rearrange things, but the hair stays touchable and the pattern keeps its softness right through the week.
