Best on type 2c through 4b hair on a wash day where a standard rinse-out conditioner has stopped being enough. Apply after shampoo, leave for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Application tips
Wash first, then decide which jar the hair needs. Squeeze out the water, apply one of them from the ears down, comb it through and leave it under a cap for ten minutes or so. Rinse well.
Running both in the same session is possible if you do strength first and moisture second, never the other way round, since a protein step on top will leave the hair stiff.
Results
The cholesterol jar leaves hair feeling firmer and less prone to giving way when you pull a comb through. The coconut side does the opposite job, softening lengths that had gone dry and rough.
Between them, hair that behaved like straw starts moving again. Frizz drops back, dullness lifts, and colour treated lengths in particular stop looking flat after the first couple of uses.
