Application tips
If the hair is freshly washed, set a small kirby grip where the pin will go, then slide the decorative pin through the grip.
That gives it something solid to lock against instead of slipping down a smooth section.
In a braid, push each pin into the outer edge of a twist so the flower sits on the plait rather than sinking between the sections.
