Application tips
Gather the hair loosely at the back with one hand, open the clip and feed the lower comb in below the gathered section, then close the top half over it until the hinge clicks.
Do not pull the hair tight first. The teeth need a little slack to bite into. For a fuller shape, push the clip up an inch after it closes and let the length fan out above it.
Results
Hair sits gathered down the back with no band digging a ring into it, so nothing is dented when you take it out.
