Maximum hold with protein in it, in the 236ml jar most people start with.

Super Protein is the strongest of Eco Styler's protein gels, built for styles with structure: updos, pin-ups, twists, anything sculpted that has to keep its shape from morning to night. The protein does the strengthening work while the gel does the holding, and neither part leaves the hair stiff or flaky.

Frizz and flyaways stay down, and dull hair picks up a shine as it sets.

If you already use the 16oz tub, this is the same thing in a size that fits a bag. If you are new to the line, start here and see how your hair takes to protein before committing to the larger tub. Suits wavy through to type 4a textures.

Application tips

Start here if you have not used a protein gel before, since 236ml is enough to find out whether your hair likes it. Wet the section, emulsify a small scoop on the palms, and smooth it down before scrunching.

Let it set fully. If hair starts feeling stiff after a few weeks of it, that is protein overload rather than a fault in the gel.

Results

Sculpted styles hold all day: updos, pin-ups, defined twists. Frizz and flyaways stay put and the hair looks smooth rather than fuzzy under a light.

Strands feel more solid, with less of that limp, over-soft quality that makes a style collapse. The 236ml jar is a fair test run before committing to the larger size.
