Application tips
Decant before you start. Working out of a five pound tub is awkward and dipping wet hands into it week after week is how a whole tub goes off, so keep a small jar on the side and refill it.
Scoop with a spatula. For braiding, apply along the parting as you go rather than all over at the start. Keep the lid on between sections.
