Dr. Miracles Temple and Nape Gro Balm for Stimulating Hair Growth & Strengthening Edges for Thinning & Textured Hair 113g/3.99 oz
Afro-textured hair is at its most fragile at the hairline, and the styles that look best are often the ones that put the most tension there. That is the tension this balm is meant to sit alongside.
It is a rich, targeted cream for the temples and nape. It conditions the delicate hair in those areas, softens the scalp, and keeps the strands supple enough to survive the pull of braids, cornrows and edges brushed back day after day. Less snapping at the hairline is the practical benefit, and over months that is what a hairline holding its own looks like.
Clean skin matters here. Product layered on top of last week's product does nothing useful at a hairline, so wash the area properly before you reapply. 113g. Apply a small amount along the hairline and nape and work it in with your fingertips, two or three times a week.

Application tips
113g of balm lasts a long time when the target is two square inches of hairline. Scrape a thin amount onto a fingertip, soften it, and work it along the temple and round to the nape in a line.
Best done on a clean, dry hairline at night. Skip it on the day you are laying edges, since balm and edge gel do not work together.
Results
Fragile hairline hair stays soft and flexible instead of dry and snappable, which matters most under braids, wigs and anything pulled tight. The nape stops feeling rough where a collar or a scarf rubs.
There is a mild warming tingle on application. Nothing is left greasy enough to mark a pillow, so it works as an overnight step rather than a morning one.
