Application tips
A very small amount goes a long way, so start with a smear on the fingertips. On hair, warm it first and use it on the ends and mid-lengths, never at the root.
On the scalp, apply along the partings and massage in. It also does the usual jobs around the hairline before a colour goes on, and on dry patches of skin.
Results
Dry hair and dry scalp both soften, and the coating it leaves slows moisture escaping across the day. Frizz lies down and short pieces stay put.
The shine is high and the barrier it forms is genuinely protective against wind and cold. Use too much and the hair looks greasy, which is the only real learning curve.
