The formula is mostly water, with glycerin drawing moisture in, sweet almond oil softening the strand and cetearyl alcohol adding the slip that lets you spread it evenly. Work it through damp hair in sections from root to end, separate the curls with your fingers or a styling brush, then air dry or diffuse. Application tips
Work on hair that is still wet from the shower, not towel-dried down to damp. Split it into four, run a coin-sized amount down each section from mid-length to end, then rake through with your fingers and shake the section out.
Air dry or diffuse on low. Scrunching once it is dry will lift the frizz straight back up, so leave it alone until then.
Results
Curls come out soft to the touch with no cast to break, which is what separates a lotion from a gel. Looser patterns keep their shape without being pressed flat.
