Creme of Nature's Plex Breakage Defense conditioner is the rinse-out step in that system. It is aimed at hair that is genuinely weak, the sort that leaves short broken pieces on the towel or snaps when you stretch a wet strand between your fingers. Used consistently, the change shows up as fewer of those pieces rather than as anything visible on day one.

Application tips
Rinse the shampoo out, then squeeze the water from your hair so this is not diluted the moment it lands.
Work it through the mid-lengths and ends in four sections, comb each one through with something wide-toothed, and give it the time the label asks for. Rinse cool. Keep it off the roots if your hair goes flat easily. Repeat at every wash until the snapping stops, then drop back to alternate washes.
Results
Wet hair that used to snap when you pulled it starts giving instead. The surface softens at the same time, so the comb drags less. Judge it by what stops appearing rather than by the mirror. Over a few weeks the towel picks up fewer short broken pieces and the sink collects less. Day one looks much like any other conditioner, and that is normal for this kind of formula.
