Shrinkage is the complaint this one is built against. A curl pattern can be perfectly healthy and still read three inches shorter than it is, and most definition products make that worse by clumping the curl tighter.
Double Duty works the other way. It defines the pattern while weighting the length just enough to keep it stretched, so you see the curl and the length at the same time. A butter blend, flaxseed oil and argan oil do the conditioning, and between them they seal the cuticle against humidity, which is what stops frizz lifting through the style by mid-afternoon.
Sheen comes as a side effect of that seal rather than from added shine agents, so it looks natural instead of greasy. 12 oz / 355 ml, and it suits anything from 2c waves to 4b coils that wants definition without a crunchy cast over the top of it.
