Application tips
Detangle before you wash, not during. Ten minutes with a wide-tooth comb on dry or damp hair saves more strands than any shampoo can.
Then wash in sections, keeping the hair hanging down rather than piled on your head. Fingers at the scalp, no nails. Let the lather run through the lengths on its own. Rinse fully before the conditioner goes on, or you will be working against yourself.
