Application tips
At this size it is worth measuring rather than eyeballing. Two generous handfuls for dense, shoulder-length hair, one for anything finer, and a wide-tooth comb to spread it evenly.
Give it a proper twenty minutes. Warmth helps, so a cap or a warm towel over the top is not fussiness. Rinse in cool water at the end. Weekly is the useful rhythm; more often on colour-treated hair.
