Older gels made you choose between hold and hair that still felt like hair. This one takes the strong-hold gel format and softens it: the signature shea butter formula with avocado oil folded in, so hold arrives with moisture attached rather than at the cost of it.
The result is flexible rather than rigid. Curls, coils and waves stay defined and manageable, hair stays moisturised through the day, and there is none of the crunching, flaking or itching that gives cheap gel away. It is sulphate-free and made without mineral oil, parabens, silicones or alcohol, which is what keeps it from drying hair out over repeated use.

Application tips
Hair should be wet enough to drip. Take a generous scoop per section and either smooth it down for elongated curls or rake and scrunch for tighter clumps.
Air dry or diffuse on low, and wait until every strand is dry before breaking the cast. Scrunch it out with dry palms, or put a drop of oil on your hands first for extra shine.
Results
Curls, coils and waves hold their shape all day without going rigid, and the hair stays moisturised underneath rather than drying out under the hold.
Nothing crunches once the cast is broken, nothing flakes, and the scalp stays comfortable. With no alcohol or silicone in the formula, using it several times a week does not leave hair drier than it started.
