At 5.5 oz this is the smallest conditioner in the AtOne With Nature line, and it is also the thickest. A cream conditioner rather than a rinse-out, meant for defining natural curls and waves as much as for softening them.
Olive oil and shea butter carry the formula. Olive gets into the strand and softens it from inside, shea coats and holds the moisture there, and together they give the hold that keeps a curl in shape without the stiffness of a gel.
It also works on the structural side, strengthening weak points along the strand so hair snaps less under a comb. Fewer broken ends over months is how length gets kept.
Apply to damp hair in sections, smooth down the length, and let it dry. Suits type 2c through type 4c curls and waves.

Application tips
Thicker than the rest of the range, so take less. A fingertip scoop covers a decent section.
Damp hair, worked from the mid lengths down, smoothed rather than raked so the cuticle stays flat. Shingle the sections you want defined. Leave it to dry without touching, and resist adding a gel on top unless you want more hold than this gives.
Results
Curls and waves come out defined and holding their shape, without the stiffness a gel would give.
The strand feels padded and soft rather than slick. Weak points along the length take a comb better, so fewer ends snap off. Definition lasts several days, and the softness lasts longer than the definition does.
