Application tips
Wet the hair right through before anything else.
Work a palmful into the scalp in four or five sections, fingertips rather than nails. A purifying wash usually wants a second round on hair carrying a month of product, so rinse and repeat if the first lather stays flat.
Rinse until the water runs clear, then follow with a conditioner or mask. Keep it to once a week if your lengths run dry.
Results
The first thing you notice is weight coming off. Roots feel clean rather than coated, and hair that had gone limp under build-up lifts again at the crown.
Lengths come out soft rather than squeaking, with shine back on the surface where dulling residue had been sitting. The scalp feels fresh and settled for a day or two afterwards. Across 500ml, that is a lot of wash days.
