Application tips
Wet the hair thoroughly, then work the shampoo into the scalp in rows rather than piling everything on top of the head.
A sulphate free formula lathers less, so expect a creamy foam rather than a big one. Rinse, then wash a second time if the hair was heavy with product. Squeeze the water out before conditioning so the next step is not immediately diluted.
Results
Clean, but not stripped back. The scalp comes up fresh and the lengths stay soft to the touch.
There is no squeak, which is the sound of moisture leaving with the dirt. Curls stay pliable through the detangle instead of going stiff and grabby. Over a few washes the hair holds its hydration longer between wash days, which is the reason to move off sulphates at all.
