Cold pressing matters here. Heat and solvents strip an oil of the compounds that give it any character, so a cold-pressed olive oil holds more of what makes olive worth using in the first place. At this size it is a bathroom bottle rather than a treatment tub, and that suits the way most people actually use olive oil: a little on dry ends, a little on a tight scalp, a few drops on hands and elbows after a shower.
On damaged hair it works best as a pre-wash conditioning oil left on for half an hour. On skin it goes on damp, straight after washing, while there is still water to seal in.
It suits dry and sensitive skin, and hair anywhere from wavy through to coily. Fine hair with an oily scalp should keep it to the ends.
