At this size it is a bathroom bottle rather than a treatment tub, and that suits the way most people actually use olive oil: a little on dry ends, a little on a tight scalp, a few drops on hands and elbows after a shower.
On damaged hair it works best as a pre-wash conditioning oil left on for half an hour. On skin it goes on damp, straight after washing, while there is still water to seal in.
It suits dry and sensitive skin, and hair anywhere from wavy through to coily. Fine hair with an oily scalp should keep it to the ends.

Application tips
Warm a few drops between your palms before this goes anywhere near your hair, because cold oil sits on the surface instead of spreading.
On the lengths, start at the ends and work upward only if you need more. As a pre-wash treatment, part the hair, run it along the scalp and leave it under a cap while you get on with something else.
Results
Ends stop feeling brittle and start bending again, which is most of what dry hair actually wants. Combing gets easier because the oil puts slip back along the shaft.
On skin it leaves a soft film rather than a greasy one, and the smell is faintly green and savoury rather than perfumed. Nothing here is fast; the change shows over a few weeks of steady use.
