Application tips
Set your guideline low down and finish the bottom third before you go anywhere near the top. Everything above gets built to that line.
Rock the clipper out of the head at the top of each stroke instead of lifting it straight off. Clipper-over-comb takes care of the join into the length above. Check the back in a second mirror, held at eye level, before you decide you have finished.
