The texture is a light oil rather than a butter, so it works on damp hair after washing as well as on dry hair before styling. Type 2 through 4a textures all fit. If your hair is fine and gets weighed down easily, use it on the ends only and keep it well away from the roots.

Application tips
Pour a coin-sized amount into your palm rather than tipping the bottle at your head. A 473ml bottle empties faster than you think.
Rub your hands together, smooth it over the mid-lengths and ends section by section, then comb through. Put it on before a blow-dry rather than during, and leave the scalp out of it. Decanting some into a smaller bottle makes the daily amount much easier to judge.
Results
Hair handles better within minutes. Combs and brushes move through relaxed or coloured lengths instead of catching every few inches.
