Application tips
Roots and scalp get the first pass with this one, since that is where the vitamins are aimed, then take whatever is left down the lengths.
Massage in with the pads of your fingers for a couple of minutes; it feels good and it spreads the oil further than dumping it on does. Pin it up and leave it for an hour. Shampoo out and follow with a rinse-out conditioner.
Results
Two problems look identical in the mirror and need opposite answers. If your hair stretches and springs back, it wants moisture. If it stretches and breaks, it wants protein, and this is a gentle way in because the oil base cushions it.
Expect firmer, less fragile lengths after a month, and visible gloss returning to hair that had looked lifeless.
