Application tips
Wear something you do not mind smelling of this for a few hours.
Apply to dry hair in four quarters, ends first, working back towards the roots, and braid or twist each section as you go so the oil stays put. A shower cap over the top. Leave it two or three hours, then shampoo and follow with a conditioner to take the last of the scent out.
Results
This is a strength oil, not a moisture oil, and the distinction matters if you pick by symptom. Hair that snaps under a comb responds; hair that is merely thirsty will do better on almond or coconut.
Over several weeks, fragile lengths hold together longer and the amount of breakage in the brush drops. Colour-damaged and relaxed hair is the natural fit.
