Application tips
In the shower, coat the lengths after shampooing, comb through and rinse after a couple of minutes. Out of the shower, use a fraction of that quantity on hair you have squeezed dry with a t-shirt, working it in with the hands rather than a comb.
The two uses are not interchangeable in amount. A rinse-out dose left in will sit heavy at the roots by the afternoon.
Results
Detangling gets quicker and quieter, which is where most breakage on textured hair actually happens. Left in, it keeps the hair soft into the second and third day without the waxy build that silicone conditioners leave behind.
Curls stay defined rather than fluffed. The scalp gets a brief cool note from the spearmint, and a 473ml bottle lasts because a leave-in dose is small.
