Application tips
Thick enough that it needs proper contact with the strand, so comb it in rather than smoothing it over.
Work it from the ends upwards through wet hair, section by section, then pin the hair up out of the way. Five minutes under a warm cap does more than five minutes in cold air. Rinse until the water runs clear, and finish cooler than you started.
Results
Hair that has been bleached, ironed or simply left alone too long comes out of this feeling denser under the fingers. The change shows up at the comb rather than in the mirror.
Sections separate instead of snarling, and ends that were splitting under tension hold. Colour looks less faded because the surface is smooth enough to reflect properly again. Fine hair will find it heavy every wash.
