It handles curly, coily and wavy textures as well as straight hair, so it works across a family with more than one hair type in it. If the hair is particularly dry, leave it on for a couple of minutes before you rinse.

Application tips
Wash the hair, then get the conditioner on before anyone climbs out of the bath. Two sections down the middle keeps it manageable for both of you.
Smear it from ear level down, work through with a wide-tooth comb while everything is slippery, and hold the section above the knot so the pulling never reaches the scalp. Rinse most of it away and leave a trace behind.
Results
Combing stops being the part of the evening everyone dreads. Hair comes out soft and loose, dries with less frizz standing up round the crown, and the citrus scent is mild enough not to sting eyes.
Fine hair is not weighed down by it. The next morning's brush is easier too, which is usually where the argument starts.
