Application tips
Read the timing in the box before you start and follow it exactly. A texturiser is a chemical process, and the clock is what separates a loosened curl from a straight one.
Work on dry, unwashed hair, apply evenly and quickly, and rinse on time rather than pushing for more. Strand test first if you have never used one. Neutralise and condition afterwards as directed.
