Sunny Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil Pure Butter with Coconut 4 oz
A butter behaves differently to a bottle of oil. It sits on the hair as a soft solid, melts between your palms, and stays where you put it, which makes it the better choice for sealing ends and smoothing a twist rather than saturating the whole head.
Sunny Isle build this one on Jamaican black castor oil with coconut oil folded in. Coconut oil is one of the few oils that gets inside the strand rather than resting on top, and it reduces protein loss during washing. The castor oil handles the outside, coating rough cuticles and lying flat over split ends so the hair looks and feels smoother.
Despite the format it stays light. There is no greasy film afterwards, and finer coils keep their shape instead of clumping into strings.
Good jobs for it: sealing ends after a leave-in, smoothing the ends of two-strand twists, tidying a dry-looking hairline, or a light massage through the scalp before a wash. Type 3b through 4c. 4 oz.

Application tips
A pea-sized scoop covers a whole head if you melt it first. Hold it in your palm for a few seconds and let body heat do that work. Applying it cold is what leaves white flecks behind.
Best on hair still damp from washing, layered over a leave-in rather than instead of one. Go back to the ends on day three if they start feeling dry.
Results
Rough ends turn soft in a single pass and stay that way for a couple of days. Curl clumps keep their outline instead of separating into fluff by the afternoon.
Colour reads deeper because the surface reflects light more evenly. Rich but not heavy, so a style set on Sunday still looks deliberate by Wednesday.
