The rinse-out member of the Sulfur 8 range, which sets it apart from the leave-in conditioners in the same line. It goes on after shampooing, sits for a few minutes, then washes out. The 100ml tube is the smaller size, handy for trying the formula before committing.

Sulfur and salicylic acid are the working pair, the first reducing flaking and controlling oiliness, the second exfoliating dead skin from the scalp. Menthol delivers the cooling sensation that takes the edge off an itch. Lanolin and mineral oil moisturise without the weight, and vitamin E is there as an antioxidant.

How to use it

Shampoo with a mild cleanser, then towel-dry so the hair is damp. Take a small amount, roughly coin-sized for short to medium hair and more if yours is long. Apply directly to the scalp and hair where it flakes or itches, massage in for a minute or two, then leave for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Two or three times a week.
