Application tips
One bottle doing three jobs changes the order. Wet the hair, work a palmful over the scalp first and rinse that off, then apply a second, smaller amount and leave it sitting on the lengths for a minute or two before rinsing.
That second pass is where the conditioning half earns its place. Skip the first wash altogether if you have not used styling product since the last one.
Results
Washing leaves hair clean without the tight, stripped feeling a plain shampoo gives coily textures, and the comb goes in afterwards without a separate product. Curls keep their pattern rather than swelling into frizz.
On wash days when time is short, one bottle covers the whole job, which is the practical case for it. Fine or low porosity hair may still want a light rinse out conditioner after.
