Glycerin and propylene glycol act as humectants, pulling moisture into the scalp and hair, while black castor oil nourishes and helps hold that moisture in. Menthol supplies the cooling sensation on application and salicylic acid gently exfoliates to help clear flakes. Panthenol adds shine and improves elasticity, vitamin E works as an antioxidant, and polysorbate 20 keeps the oil and water blended.

How to use it
Shake the bottle first. Hold it around 15 to 20cm from your head and spray onto the scalp and along the length of the braids, locs or twists. Work it in with your fingertips so it spreads evenly. Repeat daily or whenever the style feels dry.

Application tips
Aim the nozzle at the parting, not the braid, and spray along each row so it reaches skin rather than sitting on the hair. Two or three passes across the head does it.
Rub in with the pads of the fingers. Daily suits a fresh install, every other day once the style has settled. Do not saturate, or the braids take an hour to dry out again.
