Application tips
Rinse the hair through properly before any shampoo goes near it, because half of what looks like dirt lifts out with warm water alone.
Then work a palmful into the scalp with the pads of your fingers, never your nails, and let the lather run down the lengths on its own. A second wash only if there is product to shift. Rinse until the water runs clear, then squeeze the hair rather than twisting it.
